Take A Look Inside My Tent at My Bank Holiday Solo Camping Setup – Full List of All My Camp Gear
Ever wondered what a camping blogger chooses to take with them on a solo bank holiday camping trip? Read on to see my setup, look inside my tent and find out!

I’ve got a tent for any and every circumstance, and whilst on a solo camp a couple of weeks ago I took my diminutive backpacking tent, and wrecked my back in the process crawling in and out all weekend.
@campingwithstyle What does a camping blogger choose to take camping with them on a 4 day camping trip? The star of the show is the Vango Airbeam Stargrove II which I’ve had for 3 years now and is usually what we choose for the both of us on longer camping trips. Despite this being a solo trip, I love the versatility of it, and of all my larger tents, it’s the quickest and easiest one to put up on my own 🏕️ Knowing the weather would be dodgy, I wanted a tent that would give me comfortable inside chilling space and the ability to cook undercover. The front section opens up fully leaving a covered roof and sides, creating the ideal cooking area as you’ll see 🍳 if you have any questions about my camping gear or any of the things shown that I don’t specifically talk about, just let me know! #inflatabletent #camping #insidemytent #tent #campingsetupideas #campingsetup #vango #outwell ♬ original sound – Camping with Style 🇬🇧🏕️
Despite the fact that I’m known for my ‘extra’ camping setups, a tent this large is overkill even for me, but this time around I wanted plenty of space as I needed to take a camp loo, create a proper covered cooking area in case of dodgy weather, and I wanted to be able to shelter in comfort from the rain.
Here’s the full list of what I took, some of the items have been gifted to me over the years but many others are personal purchases, which I’ve marked below to provide additional transparency.

Do you need to take a tent this big? Do you need to take as much as I did? Absolutely not, but at the grand old age I’ve reached, I always put comfort and being prepared for anything above all else. However you like to camp and whatever your setup looks like, you do you, just get out there and enjoy it!
