Mam Tor and the Great Ridge

This beautiful walk is around 6,5 miles long, but if you wish to walk a bit longer, you can make it into an 8 mile walk instead. This is truly a beautiful walk and one of the best ridge walks in the whole country where you can experience wonderful views over the Edale and Hope Valleys as well as the edge of Kinder Scout. Hathersage to Stanage Edge Walk

This popular walk is a little bit longer than the Mam Tor and Great Ridge, and measures about 9 miles. Here you walk from the village of Hathersage and up to Stanage Edge and back.

Bakewell to Chatsworth Walk

According to many experienced walkers, this is the best walk for families who want to experience the best of the Peak District together. Dovedale and the Limestone Way

Famous for its limestone gorges and iconic stepping stones, this trail offers a mixture of easy and moderately difficult sections. You’ll find a few campsites here, such as Ilam Park Campsite, which is managed by the National Trust and is ideal for exploring Dovedale.

Another campsite is Rivendale Caravan Park, which is located near the village of Alsop en le Dale. This site has other amenities such as a café and shower facilities.
