We couldn’t wait to tell you about these gorgeous new patterned sleeping bags from Sleeping Beauties, and hope that their beautiful designs will brighten up a dull Tuesday afternoon!
Ideal for festivals, glamping and general camping use, there are various designs to choose from, and fundraising is currently underway to bring a double version to market. We think they are gorgeous, and they make a nice change from the usual nasty nylon, primary coloured sleeping bags that are so prevalent on the camping market.
Sleeping Beauties are priced from around £65 and they come in a variety of different designs. Choose from pretty florals inspired by the Great British Summertime, retro florals inspired by the Coachella festival and more psychedelic designs inspired by Ibiza. They are made from 100% Cotton, and all of the prints are original; designed by London-based designer, Leah.

Gorgeous, but….they’re cotton, so I have to ask how warm they are?
Much warmer than modern nylon tents in my opinion. They seem to retain heat better and of course, can be used with a wood burning stove. Do consider the size of the tent though, it’s a big space to heat up effectively, so if warmth is a major factor, i’d advise buying a smaller bell tent or making sure you use an inner tent, which makes it easier to keep warm.
