Royal Robbins Travel Clothing

Mr CWS received the Convoy Traveler Blazer Safari £80 and for me, the Sunna Pullover in Deep Sea £45

Just before our trip to the Lake District last weekend, a parcel from Royal Robbins was delivered, containing a lovely ladies top and a men’s jacket. I wasn’t familiar with the Royal Robbins brand, so checked out their website and found a clothing range designed for lovers of the outdoors.

Royal Robbins clothing is designed to be practical and easy to wear, so they use crease resistant fabrics and include clever little design features, like secret pockets and discrete venting, making their clothes ideal for the active traveler.

I love the pullover and have already worn it several times in little over a week. It’s a really loose knit which makes it light, and ideal for Autumn. It’s got a lovely wide neck, but you can choose to pull the drawstring in to tighten it up if you prefer to make the neck smaller. It’s super easy to wear and I’ve not needed to iron it yet, which makes it pretty much the perfect top as far as I’m concerned.

Royal Robbins Jacket

His jacket is lovely and looks really good with his usual jeans and converse, and is the perfect lightweight jacket for traveling. He’s always obsessive about pockets, and this got his seal of approval on the pocket font, and he also reports that it’s a good extra layer, without being bulky.

We think their clothes are good quality, and hugely practical and agree that they are perfect for travel. When we go back to Marrakech early next year, we’ll definitely be packing our Royal Robbins clothes.

Thank you to Royal Robbins for supplying the top and jacket for us to review.
