With the return of Clarkson’s Farm for a second season, we’ve been watching, pleased to see that the slightly more humble, and dare I say, charming side of the controversial TV presenter-cum-farmer is still there. Could the show help to renew interest in rural skills?

Fancy Learning Some New Rural Skills

One of the shows most characterful personalities on the show however, is Gerald Cooper, the farms trusty Dry Stone Waller. 

In the Cotswolds with Cotswolds Hideaways you can now learn to make a dry stone wall on some of the counties most exclusive estates and remote sites with local partner Honeytstone Training

You’ll spend a full weekend in the glorious Gloucestershire countryside learning to build a dry stone wall from the foundation up, and leave having been guided through all the basics of traditional Cotswold dry stone walling.
